- From you, when you create an account, sign in with a mobile OTP, place an order, upload a prescription, or contact us.
- Automatically, from your device when you use the website, including cookies that are required for the cart, checkout, and account.
- From service providers who process payments, send SMS, or deliver orders on our behalf.
How we use personal information
- To run the store. We use your information to create and manage your account, process orders, take payment, apply loyalty points, arrange delivery, show order updates, and send the notifications and SMS messages related to your login and orders.
- To handle prescriptions. If you order a prescription item, we use the file you upload to decide whether the order can be confirmed.
- To improve the shop. We use order and browsing information to keep the catalogue useful, including recommendations such as products you may also like.
- To communicate with you. We contact you about your account, orders, and, where you have not opted out, offers. You can ask us to stop promotional messages. We will still send messages that are needed to complete an order or secure your account, such as an OTP or a shipping update.
- For security. We use your information to protect accounts and payments and to look into suspected fraud or misuse. Please keep your login details to yourself.

Order and prescription records are kept for the period required for those purposes and then deleted or de-identified.
